        Schedule scans to run at a convenient time once a week.
        Schedule data file updates. to run once a day.

Microsoft Office - general office software suite; licenses available from the Duke Computer Store; installation can be done using Aging Center media.

PGP - Pretty Good Privacy encryption software; facilitates the secure exchange of confidential information;
