        How to Apply the SAS 9.1 SETINIT

   1. Run SAS.
   2. Copy and paste the lines from and including 'PROC SETINIT' through
      'SAVE; RUN;' into the SAS editor window.
   3. Run it.
   4. Check your log to make sure it succeeded.
